The main aim of this project was to create a cross-cultural learning space where participants could explore mental health and well-being through creative and innovative methods. It also aims to develop youthworkers learning competence to influence youths and the local community on developing opportunities for well being and social inclusion.
What made this experience unique was not only the professional input but also the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds, to build trust, and to experience a safe space where everyone felt “at home.”
In my workshop, we focused on how expressive arts can support nonverbal communication, strengthen group cohesion, foster empathy, and help the body feel healthy and balanced. Through movement, play, and creativity, participants could experience time management, collaboration, and reflection in new and engaging ways.
This project showed us once again that art is not only a tool for self-expression but also a powerful way to connect cultures, enhance well-being, and inspire empathy. 🌿🎭✨
