🎯 Project Aim

The project was designed to promote Non-Formal Learning methodologies by bringing together youth workers and representatives from partner organisations across Europe. The main goal was to strengthen skills related to social inclusion, intercultural dialogue, and solidarity, while encouraging participants to exchange practical tools and approaches that can be implemented in their local communities.

🔎 Main Objectives

•To foster cooperation between experienced and newly engaged youth workers to tackle discrimination and marginalisation.

•To develop innovative and impactful project ideas for the upcoming Erasmus+ period, focusing on inclusion and intercultural learning.

•To enhance the competences of youth workers in designing and facilitating training sessions.

•To create a safe learning environment promoting openness, creativity, and experiential learning.

👥 Target Group & Participants

The training brought together youth workers, educators, trainers and representatives of NGOs from 13 partner organisations across Cyprus, Italy, Latvia, Belgium, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, and the Netherlands.

Artmonia Foundation represented The Netherlands.

🌱 Artmonia Foundation’s Role

As Stichting Artmonia Foundation, we took part in the programme as both participant and impact creator, contributing our expertise in:

✔ Expressive arts methodologies

✔ Group dynamics and non-formal education

✔ Social inclusion and emotional well-being practices

✔ Psychodrama and experiential learning

Our approach brought added value by integrating creativity, movement, and reflective practice into the activities, enhancing group cohesion and intercultural understanding.
