🌍 Reflection: Contact Making Seminar – Alicante, Spain (October 2025)
In October 2025, Artmonia Foundation Stichting took part in the European Union funded Contact Making Seminar organized by Cazalla Intercultural in Alicante, Spain.
The seminar gathered diverse organizations from across Europe that regularly organize or send youth exchanges, creating a vibrant space for learning, reflection, and collaboration.
The seminar aimed to:
1️⃣ Discuss the administrative aspects of youth exchanges, focusing on essential documents and national procedures to ensure transparency and legal compliance.
2️⃣ Share good practices in organizing and facilitating meaningful youth exchanges that promote intercultural learning, creativity, and inclusion.
3️⃣ Identify common challenges faced by organizations and explore collective strategies and support networks to overcome them.
For Artmonia Foundation, this experience went beyond building partnerships — it became a creative meeting point of ideas, values, and visions. Through expressive and participatory approaches, we exchanged not only project ideas but also stories, emotions, and artistic reflections that connect people beyond borders.
During the seminar, we developed new collaborations and have already begun designing Erasmus+ Key Action 2 projects together with partner organizations who share our mission of fostering well-being, creativity, and inclusion through arts-based methodologies.
We are deeply thankful to Cazalla Intercultural for creating such a fertile ground for cooperation — where administration meets imagination, and where new European initiatives begin to take shape.
